"Great shirt, but after a couple of wears, the back hem began to unravel. As it seemed to be a construction issue, we took it back to the store. The sales girl looked it over, went to the back to talk to a supervisor and returned with the notion that we must have washed it incorrectly. She then suggested that we take it to a seamstress to have it mended at our expense. My husband loves 7 Diamonds brand and has purchased many items with Him and Her boutique. We walked out of the store very disappointed with a lack of customer service from the sales clerk. We have been loyal customers, and the sales clerk easily could have seen that we bought two of these shirts with the first one, not having any problems. We were disappointed with the experience from a store that we had really grown to love."
